I have purchased a saree from the website and paid online while purchasing. They were very prompt with replies before buying but after buying i have not received any delivery details till now it has been * weeks and they always say they will share shortly but they never do that.
Upon asking on WhatsApp they first said there was production delay and while asking on insta they said it was delayed due to election nad my package is stuck in west bengal.
But they haven't shared any details.
They don't even attend calls neither reply to mupy messages deny refund after offering refund they blocked me on WhatsApp also.
