I ordered a product worth ₹**,***, which was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I lodged a complaint on August **th, and on August **th, I was informed that a refund was approved and would appear on my credit card within *-* working days. However, despite multiple attempts to resolve this, I still have not received the refund.
Here is a summary of my interactions with customer support:
I was told to "wait ** hours" multiple times (*-* times).
I was informed that my refund had been processed, but when I asked for banking details, the agent put me on hold, and the call was disconnected.
I was offered a refund in Amazon Pay, which I declined as I needed the refund on my credit card. I was again assured it would appear in ** hours.
One representative told me my refund was rejected, which contradicted earlier confirmations.
They later apologized for the above misinformation and asked me to wait another ** hours as they contacted the seller.
After waiting, I was told the refund had been approved again and would appear in * days. I requested to speak with a senior representative, who said they were still waiting for the seller's response. They also mentioned that my claim was rejected, though previous calls indicated that the seller had never responded.
Despite being promised refunds within **/** hours on multiple occasions, I have not received my money. It’s now been over ** days, and each time I call, I’m told they are contacting the seller. Customer service has given conflicting statements, such as one person confirming the refund and another denying it on the same call.
I have spent more than *-* hours talking to customer support, and I have email and message proof, along with call recordings, documenting all these interactions. On October *th, I was offered a refund via Amazon Pay, but during a call on October **th, they denied ever offering it, claiming their system does not allow such a refund.
And now they again saying we need to talk with seller. How much time they will contact seller if he is not responding. I already have approval.
