Following points may be seen to resolve my issue with regard to inordinate delay in refunding the flight cancellation amount of Rs ****.** [against the PNR No. NVBMSN] from Kolkata to Srinagar vide cancellation ID ************* dated **.**.****.Although the airlines i.e INDIGO has made refund to Yatra within couple of hours of cancellation.
Pl, do the needful in refunding my hard earned money at the earliest as I urgently require them.
