While applying online for LEARNING LICENSE there comes a procedure where you have to get cleared for RTO online LL test which needed a password from their side after checking it but they intentionally pass it late after the time limit exhaust so that the person can not do it's on his own and need middleman(agent)... Please look into this matter of their so called "ManMani"
