It's been more than two months now. I am tired of writing emails. All I hear is I am forwarding it to the concerned team. But I never get any updates. There is a huge delay in a refund from your end for the Trip ID: ****************** and ID ******************. The airline has already refunded the whole amount for both trips. I have submitted the proof as well.
I have confirmed with the airlines about the refund. The delay is from your side.
