- Delay in processing PMAY subsidy Closed

I took housing loan from Aadhar Finance two year ago and submitted all required document to process for PMAY subsidy at the time of applying loan. Till date, documents has not been submitted to PMAY agency for further processing. Whenever I tried to get status on PMAY subsidy from Aadhar Finance official, they reply with same text all times like we will submit your documents to PMAY agency if you are eligible for PMAY subsidy. Even I tried calling customer care centre of Aadhar Finance, but get same reply.
Request you to please help me out for solving this case.
