Customer's Name: Aditya Kumar Singh; Customer's registered number with company: **********; Customer's registered e-mail id: singhaditya****@gmail.com; Date of Purchase: *th February ****; Invoice No: *******; Order No: **c*c*****dcd*f*af***b**; Paid: *****; The company launched a batch named "CA Intermediate Udesh Regular Pro November **** (Group * + *), which was purchased by the complainant on the above mentioned date. During the batch launch, lectures and books were promised under the said course and nothing else was mentioned.. it was conveyed as if the books will be delivered before the starting of the live classes. The live classes began on **th February'**, however books weren't delivered.. teachers and the support team said that it will be delivered till the month end of February. This timeline passed as well.. when the month of March started the customer support team said that the books will be dispatched by *th March'**. This timeline passed as well.. Today the company gave an announcement in the app saying "The books will be dispatched by March **". This statement also was of no use as the books aren't even packed. Some of the subjects in the course is such that.. having a hard copy of the book is mandatory.. for example, Cost and Management Accounting.. One needs to tick each and every item of each question while solving.. Here what the teacher says is to take-out printouts of the E-book provided in the app and study from it. The company has already charged for books, delaying it continuously and forcing students to take out print-outs of the E-books, while they have already paid for the hard copies of the same. ; Resolution expected: Expedite the delivery process and provide the books within a week.. otherwise provide the customer with a late delivery compensation, which can be used by him as print-out cost of the E-books.
*After getting no resolution, complaint raised on National Consumer Helpline with docket No. ********
