We have encountered conflicting information regarding the status of our product. Initially, a sales representative named Davinder Singh informed us of the cancellation of our product, promising a refund. However, subsequently, a mentor named Rashmi Pal contradicted this information, asserting that our product remained active. This inconsistency in communication has persisted over the past two months, causing considerable distress within our family. Furthermore, our family has experienced harassment, and undue pressure has been placed on my younger brother to attend classes against his wishes. Despite our repeated requests for product cancellation, the mentors have steadfastly refused. This protracted situation has taken a severe toll on my younger brother's mental health, leading to depression. Additionally, over the past three weeks, our family has endured discourteous and disrespectful phone calls from BYJU'S representatives, which have had a detrimental impact on our family's well-being. We earnestly seek a formal resolution to this matter and a comprehensive and accurate evaluation of our product's status. We anticipate a prompt and respectful response to address these concerns and safeguard the welfare of our family.
