I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the service provided by our Relationship Manager, Ms. Lisha Sajan.
Based on the assurance and commitment provided by Ms. Lisha, we renewed our Assisted Supreme package for a period of three months and completed the payment on ** April ****.
However, within approximately a week of the renewal, she became largely unavailable over calls and messages. We were repeatedly informed that she was on leave due to personal reasons. While we empathize with personal circumstances, the lack of communication and service continuity has been extremely disappointing. Despite numerous follow-ups through calls and messages over the past two months, we received little to no meaningful support or response.
I refrained from raising a formal complaint earlier because Ms. Lisha had been a good Relationship Manager in the past, and I expected the situation to improve. Unfortunately, the issue has continued throughout the majority of our subscription period, and our Assisted Supreme package is now nearing its completion without us receiving the level of service that was promised.
From a customer’s perspective, this has been a highly unsatisfactory experience, and we feel that we have not received the services for which we paid.
In view of the above, I request that the company either:
● Provide a full refund of the amount paid for the Assisted Supreme renewal, or
● Extend our Assisted Supreme subscription by an additional three months to compensate for the period during which the promised services were not effectively delivered.
I trust the organization will look into this matter seriously and provide a fair resolution at the earliest. Failing which, we may be compelled to pursue appropriate legal remedies, including filing a complaint before the Consumer Commission.
