Dear Grievance Officer,
I am formally reporting a deficiency in service regarding my order placed on March *th. Despite an original delivery date of March **th and subsequent extensions to the **th, the item remains stuck at the "nearby delivery center" since March **th.
Multiple follow-ups (Complaint ID: IN********************) have yielded no resolution, causing significant mental harassment during this summer heat. I demand immediate delivery and formal compensation for my lost time. If not resolved within ** hours, I will escalate this to the Consumer Court (e-Daakhil) for professional negligence and service failure.
