Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to file a complaint against Jeevansathi regarding deficient service and request a refund of ₹**,*** paid by me for their membership/service package.
At the time of purchase, I was given expectations of quality matches and proper support for connecting with suitable profiles. However, after payment, I experienced the following issues:
*. Insufficient suitable matches were available.
*. Proper assistance/support for connecting with profiles was not provided.
*. The service delivered did not match the commitments made during the sale.
I believe I was misled into purchasing the package based on promises that were not fulfilled. Despite raising concerns, the issue has not been resolved satisfactorily.
I request your intervention to help secure a refund of ₹**,*** and appropriate action regarding this matter.
