Hello sir. I am vexed and lost hope on Lg service. I took a brand new tv worth **k last mont h **th. My screen is not working properly and I raised a concern. Team visited and stated you need to replace the TV. I took TV from bajaj electronics Hyderabad. I visited Bajaj and they said LG will replace and they have nothing to do with this and gave a sales manager contact for follow up . They redirected my request to LG back and believe me sir its the worst experience to me on choosing LG. I called ** plus times escalated multiple times but no one has cared about my request. I contacted sales manager and he is the rudest of all. He assured he will take care of my issue but he is not picking my calls later. I am providing details of my req no and contact details of all the persons who has behaved like govt officials and wasted my time and energy. Its already a month and no resolution provided to me. Please help me in this regards. I reached to customer care more than ** times . Reached via fb . Tried all ways but no resolution
