Hi Dear,
I have bought the laptop under E -Commerce Site(Amazon) With the name of Ramesh Edlaprolu on **-Dec-****. The Order No is ***-*******-******* and the total amount is Rs. *****.**.
I got the delivery and i started to use the laptop. After * months I have noticed there is a gap in folding. I thought it was Pattern and model of this product. Day by day the gap is increasing. Finally I have raised the complaint against this challenge to support team on **-May-****. I have received a call and email from the service team and they were requested due to this lockdown it may take time to fix this issue. Hope you understand our concern. So I agreed with them. So I received the call from service engineer and he asked me about the challenge. Finally he visited my place on **-June-**** and he had a look on my LAPTOP and he replied me there is a challenge to fix this I will order the things to fix this gap. So went away and on **-June-**** again he visited my place along with things and he was started to fix this gap. So finally the output of this fixing was not met my expectations and still it seems there is gap while folding. Finally he given to me service letter and he asked me to give comments. I have given my comments : Engineer has tried to fix the issue however the output did not come out well. The service call report **********. When he was returning from my place he said there is challenge to fix this and you can contact service support for resolution or exchange. Since I have tried a lot to do the follow up with service support team in What's app. For HP We could see service support +*(***)*** ****\+************. The service Engineers the given replies with their sweet words. But No where I did not see any response from anybody to provide the resolution for my case. When ever I have contacted to service support team they were use to tell your case is under our concern request our team revert you shortly. and few of them use to tell this is under escalation and escalated to the service team about the delay. So I really fed up with their service and I felt very bad why did I bought this product. It's really Miserable. And finally i have sent email to service head and explain the challenges with Service Engineer support in whatsapp chat.
