I just received a product ordered on Amazon today and I got a defective product. Noise cancellation feature was not working and gets disconnected at random intervals. I contacted Amazon nearly * times and what they mentioned was not to call them back. They were forcing me to get a job sheet from the product brand, but there is nothing mentioned in their policies about job sheet. I mentioned them clearly that I cannot travel during this pandemic even after a lot of explanation they wouldn't even care and listen. Even reviews of the product says defective products received for customers.
