We purchased a Whirlpool fridge on July **. Soon after installation by the technician—who assured us everything was fine—we discovered that the fridge was completely non-functional. Despite repeatedly raising complaints on all official Whirlpool forums over several days, we have received no effective help. Our case keeps getting forwarded to different representatives, forcing us to repeatedly explain the issue, but no one resolves it. We are trapped in an endless loop without support, and urgently seek assistance to resolve this matter.
