I ordered a tecsox *** earbuds from the official site. It arrived on Feb *th Sunday. The product is defective on arrival, the charging port of the earbud is misplaced. The charger won't fit in the earbud. I tried to claim warranty from the site, but the drop-down doesn't have neo *** to claim warranty. And i sent a mail to the support email as per the warranty card, but the mail mentioned in the package and warranty card is not able to receive mails. I demand immediate replacement as I wished to gift this and tecsox ruined my experience.
