- Defective furniture provided ^Open

I had booked Furlenco UNLMTD plan for annual rental of * furniture items on Furlenco platform, for which I paid ₹**,*** in advance. All the * furniture items were delivered, among those * of the item - Papillon Box Storage Queen Bed was defective and not installed correctly. I observed this defect after facing issues while using the furniture hence I registered a replacement request with Furlenco on **th Feb,****. After sharing the images of the faulty furniture with the Furlenco customer service team they also acknowledged that it's a defective furniture and needs to be replaced. But since then we have been following up with them every week, and getting no response. We have paid in advance for this furniture and are still not able to use it because it's faulty, without any service/repair/replacement from the Furlenco team. The person who had come for installation also didn't report that the furniture is faulty and installed it incorrectly resulting in risk of accident. They knowingly installed a faulty furniture, which is absolute fraud with the customer. This has resulted in extreme inconvenience as we are not able to use the bed due to safety reasons and have been sleeping on the floor.
As per the latest conversation (*rd May, ****) I had with the Furlenco team, they would still need **+ days to replace the defective furniture item.
*. Upon requesting an option to swap with any other model of bed available, the request was denied.
*. Upon requesting an extension of subscription based on the period between issue raised and resolution provided, the request was denied. While the faulty furniture has not been replaced since more than * months now.
