I had purchased Skechers foamies on ** th May **** and the rice stones came out from their foamies sandal within ** days
And today I went to their store at Andheri West Link Road
They refused to refund my money and said that they would mail to the company and then only I can get a replacement of the foamies and no refund will be given inspite of the defective sandals provided by the company with no fault of mine
Please help me to recover my money of Rs ****/-
