Just for your record, I took my car to the prescribed workshop on March **, ****, to get the list of issues fixed and I met Truebil representative Mr Sanjay to inspect the car. However, I was advised to bring my car back to the workshop on March **, ****, seeing back to back to holidays on account of Holi.
Please note that I have already done additional servicing of worth rupees ****/- apart from what Truebil approved for the existing issues but unfortunately not enough. There are still some major issues persist and may require more money to fix them for a safe drive ahead.
Major Fault:
*. Vibration
*. Air Conditioning
*. Noise with Clutch (*,* & *rd Gear)
Minor Work
*. Music System
*. Noise from Break paddle
*. Wiper damaged
*. Central Locking system
*. The shock absorber or Ball Joints
Above observation of faults with a car which has been rated above *.* and above in portal is really disappointing. I’m going to take my car back to the workshop again on **rd and hoping to have my problems resolved with this visit.
