I placed an order for a centre table, and * side tables with an online site - sajosamaan (https://sajosamaan.com/) (owned by Bhanu Chauhan) on the **rd of october ****. The order total was Rs **,*** and an advance amount of Rs **,*** was paid at the time of placing the online order itself.
The owner guaranteed a delivery time of * days for both the centre table as well as the * side tables.
The first package arrived after an inordinate delay, almost a month later and I was asked to pay the entire remaining amount at the time of delivery which I did.
Upon opening the package, to my utter surprise it was just the centre table and not the side tables. I called up the owner Mr Bhanu, and he said that the side tables couldnt be shipped due to some reasons but will be delivered soon in another * days. The side tables arrived but almost * weeks later after a delay of about ** days.
To add to this, I have had an awful experience with the team.
Firstly, the side tables or the centre table do not match with the shared pictures either in terms of quality, dimensions or the colour. I had shared specific dimensions for the products which Mr. Bhanu had confirmed will be made as per the dimensions shared, the same is mentioned over email as well, however the product received was completely different in dimensions too.
The quality is very poor and substandard. The tables are wobbly and not at all sturdy so much so that the marbletop doesn’t even rest on it.
The marble top of one of the side tables arrived broken.
The paint on the tables is chipped, and the spray paint is of a completely different colour than my requirement with a very poor overall finishing of the product.
Talking about the owner, he was responsive in the beginning and assured that my concerns would be addressed and a full refund would be made by the end of the day.
However, he is not accessible anymore. I have been blocked from the social media account and on phone numbers, so I am unable to reach out to him. The calls and mails also went unanswered.
There is no way to reach out to him, and I have been duped and cheated by this scamster.
Upon verifying his google reviews, I realised he has also duped a lot of other customers in the recent days and their experience seems to be the same as mine.
I have all photos and videos of the product, even while unboxing the product to prove all the claims above.
Request your assistance with the aforementioned issue so we can work towards an early resolution.
