I have sending multiple emails to them. There is no reply no phone call
I have ordered a shirt (order no S****) from your website, however when I received the order and I checked, the order which was shown in the photograph and which came to me, both were different.
I ordered a white shirt and the product that came to me is a creamy white shirt also the size is small, I place the request to return this but sadly I didn’t receive any call or email, sorry but this is not the way to deal with a customer.
Kindly help me in getting my payment refunded and kindly send someone so that I can return the product I received.
