My mother had purchased IFB Dishwasher model name NEPTUNE SX * from IFB point Pakhowal road, near park plaza hotel, Ludhiana, Punjab on **st August ****. It comes with * years warranty, within few months of purchase dishwasher stops working like the dead. We called customer care, they come after many calls and not able to fix the issue after lots of visits. We had sent the machine twice on our expenses to the service centre. The machine stays in the service centre for months and now after I received the machine it is dead completely.
Service centre team are not picking the phone and when visit they said you will receive a call from our customer care. Its been * months now not even single calls come from their service centre and customer care.
Kindly resolve the issue and if companies don't have proper customer support why they sell products and harras.
