Hi, I'm Lalit Kumar, This time, I decided to update to a new high-tech phone, so I bought the One Plus ** Pro (one of the priciest phones made by OP), because I trusted the company, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. It's just been a week, but now the phone is heating up and the battery is depleting so quickly that it even drains completely while in standby mode. Sometimes the screen freezes.
I don't often use applications that drain the battery, but after exhausting all of my troubleshooting options, one plus customer care finally suggested that I contact a exclusive store in Pitampura, NSP.
They urged me to leave the phone for two to three days, but I refused to do so because I don't have a standby phone. This turns out to be the worst experience ever. I'm waiting here; kindly diagnose and inform me.
THEY CLEARLY STATE THAT YOU MAY TAKE YOUR PHONE, AND THAT IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY SINCE WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH MANY CUSTOMERS. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THEM BEHAVIOR LIKE A ONEPLUS OWNER. THEY DENIED TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT.
I've only had this phone for a week, and already there are problems like these. I would never purchase a One Plus and would never suggest it to anyone.
Even though they have a policy to replace phones that have problems within ** days, the staff at the store vehemently disputes this and claims that we will repair the phone..
