I ordered food from KFC through home delivery, expecting a fresh and safe meal. However, when the order arrived, the chicken was spoiled and decayed. It had a strong foul smell, an unusual texture, and was clearly unfit for consumption. This was extremely disappointing and concerning.
Receiving spoiled food through a reputed brand raises serious concerns about food safety, storage, and quality checks, especially for delivery orders. Such negligence can cause serious health issues and puts customers at risk. This experience highlights the need for stricter hygiene standards and better quality control before dispatching food to customers.
