My name is Jatin Bansal, I'm writing this mail to highlight my issue which is being not resolved by swiggy customer support team as they are not understanding my query.
My account has been deactivated since last one year and the reason for that is unknown to me and whenever I'm trying to ask the reason to your support team they are unable to answer my question and stating one answer only (After having reviewed your account, we are sorry to inform you that your account has been suspended. Therefore, we will be unable to reactivate the same.)
My humble request is for you to kindly guide or help me with proper resolution or share the email/Contact details where I can register my complaint to receive true and fair resolution.
