I ordered a super muesli of yogabar from zepto, the delivery was delayed so I was getting late so I just inspected the products to see if they were all delivered and whether in right condition, only to find out this muesli product had no air inside the vaccum sealed, this is not just a quality concern but also a health concern, I assumed that the reason could be that the product is soggy and moisture is there or that there is bacterial and fungus presence otherwise there is some sort of product damage, but neither did the product smell nor was there any moisture presence like there was a crunchy sound, this implied the product damage. I was getting late so I left when I returned I was busy so I inspected the product amidst that, it turned out there was a hair or like small hole in one of the foldings, i approached the consumer care and they dismissed the concern saying they recieved delivery image that it was alright. It wasn't but they refused to even acknowledge the fact and even when I offered to let them inspect it. It was an exhausting back and forth where they refused to acknowledge the fact there was a problem, infact they said they called but I recieved no calls from them.
