I Have Ordered The Crocs Flipflop From Myntra Twice. First Time I Have Ordered The Size Number * And Received Size * Which Later I Returned And Got The Refund.
Second Time I Ordered Crocs Flipflop Again And Got Damaged Product And This Time I Again Requested For Return And Refund Or Exchange With The Fresh Pair.. But Their Quality Check Team Declined The Request However They Are Saying That Product Is Unused And Tagged But They Are Not Ready To Accept It And Not Refunding My Money. Also, After Declining My Request They Have Reshipped That Damaged Product Back To Me Without My Consent And I Have Not Accepted That Damaged Product.
Moreover Their Customer Care Executives Are Not At All Cooperative. No One Is Ready To Listen My Problem, Everyone Is Saying The Same Language That We Can Not Do Anything As It Did Not Meet Our Quality Check.
Here I Have Question For Them Why They Dont Do Such Quality Check Before Delivering The Product So That Customers Like Me Dont Receive Such Damaged Products.
I Have Decided That I Will Never Buy Anything From Myntra Going Forward As This Is A Horrible Experience With Them And I Have Never Experienced Such Problems With Any Other. I Am A Frequent Buyer Of Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart , Homecentre Etc But Never Face Such Harassment ,
Now I Do Not Have Product And Money Is Also With Myntra.
Please Help to Resolve this Issue.
