I ordered a bed from their online website on ** December **** which was delivered by GATI on * January **** in a damaged condition. While they initially accepted for return of the bed over call, now they deny any responsibility from their side and do not want to return the bed and issue refund. I also offered to bear **% of the shipping cost from Hyderabad to Noida but they do not want to take me up on my offer and want me to get the bed repaired. On the other hand, GATI is claiming that the product is not insured (while the docket copy says it is insured) and is not confirming the survey.
