MDF doors were installed for our pooja room and suddenly one door falls without any one touching it. The door is obviously damaged along with the knobs of the drawer beside it. Apart from damage to the materialistic things, the door could've fallen on my mother since she was standing a inches away from it. We have asked for a change of the entire design of the pooja room instead of replacing the door as we don't want to risk our safety. It has been more than ** days since this happened and I have notified your team of the same and asked for a design change. There has been no response regarding it from your team till now and I thought I'll write here as a last resort before filing a complaint at Consumer Forum.
