I travelled from Ahmedabad to Amsterdam on **th December ****. On arrival at AMS, we found my newly-bought luggage to be damaged. We immediately looked for jetairways office but was redirected to klm office in the airport (they are sky team partners). We lodged our official complaint with them along with a damage report. The KLM customer service said that we can submit the damage report along with the receipt to Jet Airways to secure the reimbursement, which we did immediately. However after more than * months of dithering and delays, Jet airways said it was just a simple wear and tear and rejected the claim. This it utter nonsense since it was a clear damage that was accepted by airport personnel and local shops. They don't even have the basic courtesy to accept a fact.
