I ordered a philips straightener from myntra but they said ti contact direct philips customer care but toll free number is not working its hanged all time whenever I tried to call that number....my concern is regarding defective product that I receive by philips. Its not working properly...kindly solve my problm its a long time I m contacting to myntra regarding this. All time they closed my query just telling to contact please philips directly ..so kindly please solve my problem, thank you
