My household goods were transported by M/S. APML on */*/** from Lucknow and delivered to me on **/*/** at given address but my articles were badly damaged which was promptly informed to their supervisor who took the photographs also. The matter was informed to the claims department of M/s. APML through email. They did not repair and instead offered meagre compensation of Rs.****/- against my claim of Rs. *****/- which is not acceptable to me. It is prayed to direct M/s. APML to pay me the claimed amount of Rs. *****/-.
