I have shipped my product in good condition in good packaging, but mivi got the damage product, now Mivi is denying for repairing in under warranty period bc's of damage, but My concern is if I give you the product in good conditon and I have a picture and video of the product at packaging time and mivi got the damage and courier partner is picked by booking by mivi, so why they are not investigating this with Courier partner and why without doing anything they returning me my product back to me..
