This Complaint is regarding cloud packers and mover Bangalore (Head office Pune). I shifted my household articles on **/**/**** from Bangalore to Odisha. The Cloud Packers and movers team charged *****.** rupees in advance before the initiation of transfer which included insurance coverage of *****(Charged *** rupees extra for Insurance). They told me that in case any damage happens to the goods they will pay **% of the bill amount for electronic items and **% for wooden items. However, during transfer, they have completely damaged my Smart TV (Price -*****, only *-*-month-old) and Double bed (repair cost would be ****-**** rupees). Also, they have done minor damage to the base of the Washing Machine (Repair cost -***-*** rupees).
When I informed these things to the Cloud packers team they are saying the insurance coverage scenarios is only if the damage was done because of transporting vehicle catching fire or meets with an accident.
This information was withheld from me while availing the services and now they are offering me compensation of only **** rupees and also not responding to my calls or emails properly.
They are accepting it is their mistake but won't pay more than **** rupees that are their stand. However, this amount is only **% of the complete damage. Please find attached photo of Smart TV which was transferred and damaged by Could packers and Movers Team.
