- Daikin AC Defective on Arrival Flipkart Not Responding Daikin Denying Replacement for Factory Defect ^Closed

I am filing this complaint against both Flipkart and Daikin India for selling a defective product and denying consumer rights.

My brand new Daikin AC was *Defective on Arrival*. The unit failed to start at installation.

Daikin's authorized technician inspected the AC and confirmed *PCB was completely dead*. He certified it as a *factory/manufacturing defect*. Complaint ID: DEL****************


*. *Flipkart:* Raised return request immediately. No pickup scheduled for *+ days. Customer care giving false promises. No resolution.

*. *Daikin India:* Despite their own technician confirming factory defect in writing, Daikin is *refusing to replace the unit*. They are forcing me to accept repair on a brand new, defective piece.

*My Suffering:*
*. Paid full price for NEW AC, received defective product
*. *+ days without AC in **°C peak summer heat
*. Mental harassment from both companies
*. Forced to run around while companies blame each other

*Legal Position:*
Under Consumer Protection Act ****, *DOA due to manufacturing defect = Right to Replacement*. Repair is not acceptable for a factory defect confirmed at installation. The unit did not run even for * second.

*What I Want:*
*. *Immediate full unit replacement* with new Daikin AC
OR
*. ****% refund* from Flipkart with penalty for harassment

*I have proof:* Defective pcb board report from Daikin technician + Invoice + All call recordings

Flipkart and Daikin, please resolve this immediately.
