I have done a recharge of **** from www.d*h.com for my d*h account. I received a response as transaction failed but the amount is debited from my credit card. As in this case generally, amount credited back to account in * days so I waited. And done recharge of ****/- for my d*h account from PayTm. I received SMS from D*h confirming amount received.
After a few days when I check my d*h account, I found that in last recharge **** is showing. After many follow up with d*h on mail every time I get a different response. *st they say both recharge is successful. Then they say **** was returned to you. I have checked with the bank I got a confirmation mail on transaction successfully credited with d*h. Now my **** is missing and not getting a proper response by d*h.
