I purchased a Jio AirFiber connection on ** May **** and paid ₹****.**. From the date of installation, I have been facing continuous service and connectivity issues. I repeatedly contacted Jio customer care to report the problem and request assistance. However, most of my calls were either not answered or disconnected immediately after I explained my issue. No proper support, resolution, or reference number was provided despite multiple complaints.
As the service was not working properly, I requested either a permanent solution or a refund. However, my refund request has not been processed. After waiting for more than a month, engineers finally visited around **–** June and informed me that Ethernet/LAN cable service was not available in my area unless I paid additional charges. This information was never clearly communicated at the time of purchase. I had even expressed my willingness to pay extra if required, but no proper assistance or solution was provided.
Due to the company’s failure to provide the promised service, poor customer support, repeated call disconnections, and refusal to resolve the issue or provide a refund, I have suffered financial loss and considerable inconvenience. I request a full refund of ₹****.** along with appropriate compensation for the hardship caused. I also request that the company be directed to resolve this matter promptly and fairly.
