I own an HP laptop which has extended warranty. Eventually I found out that the laptop is not performing as per design while running some applications. This same applications runs smoothly and better in older laptops half the price of mine and half the specifications.Please note that the laptop's specification far exceeds the minimum requirements to run these applications. Even after I gave them the necessary evidence of massive under performance HP refuses to acknowledge any fault
