I ordered an item with adultvibes on *nd Jan **** and they promised to deliver the same by * PM *rd Jan ****. But on *rd Jan they started asking me *** Rs extra if I wanted the item on *rd Jan. When I refused to pay an additional amount, they refused to ship the item. I escalated the matter on complaint number for adultvibes and after * * days of arguments, they agreed to ship the item in *-* days. The item was delivered on *th Jan ****, but it was not what I ordered. When I escalated the same, they told me it is a similar product and I should use that only. Now they are not initiating return pickup, nor offering a refund.
