I am using Videocon D*H and from last four Days (**/*/**-*/*/**), I am trying to change my pack but customer care is not responding and their servers are down, moreover their site is not working properly and as per (trai) deadline was **/*/**, so what customer should do as companies are charging very high for all channels which are against regulation as per (trai).
