- Course Cancel and EMI cancel ^{Offered Resolution}

I was not interested with the course after the *st class of the Simplilearn, Sending ** people in one meeting for teaching and learning from self learning program what kind of learning is this and they stated it will be from Beginning of the course and when we step in they have stated to learn from our own provided the self learning videos we don't have YouTube to self learn the things and course they are offering is only Intermediate learners can learn not for the Beginners.
The course I selected is Java full stack and where in the course they are missing the main parts of the teaching where we are said to learn from self learning programs. I've raised request once to cancel the EMI and cancel the course but there was stating about the policies these means they are forcefully tending us to continue with course and pay EMI. Related to this issue I had a word one of the Manager from Simplilearn he stated as he will forward the issue to refunds department now some Khan stated he will not, that means force fully they are trying to sit down in the ** members class and learn if you don't wanna learn no problem we don't offer job, I've heard from previous ppl that if the project is not submitted within time Simplilearn will not provide Jobs.
As a beginner we don't even know what the Java content and the projects were doing all are copy from one and other & I am getting pressure from Zest money to inform the Simplilearn and cancel the EMI they will do *-* calls daily, What I need to do here ?
