I had send one courier to Pune from Bangalore. When I tracked the same its updated as returned to Bangalore. When I Called customer-care and enquired they informed its broken. When I gave for courier it was in good condition. Please help me with the refund of the same. I am not sure who brooked it .
They have taken it to pune and returned to bangalore and saying its broken.
