I have ordered Here & Now women red puffer jacket on dt **.**.**** at rs inr **** ,such order is delivered on date **.**.**** ,as product is different from picture showing on myntra application, so i tried to return the product as per return policy of ** days ,but return facility is not available, so i call on customer care number of myntra,i have explained my problem to them but they said you have accepted the some insider point so as per our policy once you accept the insider points you cannot return the product ,i argued to them will accepting insider point there is no information given that if you accept insider point you cannot return the product but they don't understand. Myntra are fooling the customers in the name of insider points,there is no information given about insider points that you cannot return product if you accept insider points, please give me justice as i want to return such product as per the policy of myntra ** days.
