Samsung team have told me about this corporate offer . I bought this model phone after they said it is eligible with order ID: *********. I have bought a mobile for Rs.*****. if A* model is available for cashback and they have displayed corporate purchase page. I am seriously disappointed with mobile and samsung team coordination . Now they are saying that It is not eligible. i have claimed all the offers which are available in the attached screenshot. but how come they have missed cashback? please help me to take action on that team.
