I'm trying to return this product due to comfort issue since **th june ****. chair is not suitable for me when I use this chair I suffering from back pain. firstly I have to share that my city and my product is under *** days trial period. I contact to customer support they only mail me that we couldn't initiate the return because your city patna is not under *** days trail.
