This is ridiculous I am a customer of Hathway broadband I requested for connection shifting on **nd September and since then I am fallowing up with the customer service they say they will resolve it asap but it took ** days * days with ** calls they transferred the call to the senior executive but they didn't respond my call got disconnected i requested please disconnect my connection and initiate refund I don't want to continue with poor service and seriously I never saw any poor service than Hathway it was my mistake I took the connection so I am paying off please disconnect my connection and give me my refund back my connection is linked with my mobile no
