On ** Dec ****, I booked a *+* months broadband plan from Timbl Broadband and made the payment on the same day. The amount paid was ₹*,***.**. They promised to set up the connection the next day, but the request is still not completed. They haven't provided proper internet services, and they do not respond when I try to contact them. I am completely unsatisfied with the service they are offering. When I asked them to close my plan and refund my money, they did not listen to me or take any action. Therefore, I have decided to cancel my plan and request a full refund immediately.
