I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the quality of Apple products and the customer service I received.
I have been a loyal Apple customer for years but have recently experienced significant issues with an iPhone **. Upon visiting the Apple support center for a major camera problem, I was informed that this issue was considered normal. To confirm this, I conducted a thorough investigation, finding that the camera issue is consistent across iPhone **, **, and ** models. Apple's decision to sell devices with known camera problems and its unwillingness to address them is highly concerning.
Furthermore, I have witnessed a notable decline in the build quality of Apple devices, with issues such as fading body colors and declining overall performance.
