a serious concern regarding the poor service I have received from your authorized service centre. My Voltas AC requires a compressor replacement, and despite raising a service request ** days ago, no action has been taken to resolve the issue.
Adding to the frustration, your service centre and customer support team are not responding to my calls. I have made multiple attempts to get updates, but there has been no response or satisfactory explanation for the delay.
This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially during extreme summer conditions when the AC is essential. I expected better service from a reputed company like Voltas.
Request for Immediate Action:
• Kindly arrange for the compressor replacement without any further delay.
• Ensure that your team responds to customer calls and provides proper updates.
• I also request you to share an updated timeline A resolution at the earliest.
