Subject: Complaint Regarding Visa Misrepresentation and Financial Loss – TripFactory Tour Booking (October ****)

I would like to file a complaint against TripFactory Company regarding a serious issue that occurred during our international tour booking.
In September ****, I booked an international tour through TripFactory for travel on * October ****. The booking was for a total of ** people. The travelers included myself, my wife, my son, my two nieces aged ** and ** years, and my niece (my sister’s daughter) aged ** years. Additionally, my cousin was traveling with four members of his family and his niece aged ** years.
During the visa application process, some of the children traveling with us were minors and were not traveling with their parents. TripFactory representatives informed us that the visa for those children would need to be applied showing either their mother or father as accompanying them. However, they clearly told us that the parent’s physical travel with the child was not necessary and that the visa process could still be completed.
Based on their assurance, we trusted the company and allowed them to process the visas accordingly. At no point were we informed that the minors might face issues during boarding if their parents were not traveling with them.
Our flight was scheduled from Chennai to Dubai. However, at the airport we were denied boarding passes for the minor children because the visas had been issued showing their parents as accompanying travelers, while the parents were not actually present.
Due to this serious negligence and misrepresentation by TripFactory, I had to cancel the travel for several members of my family and also bring back my cousin’s niece. As a result, our family suffered a financial loss of more than ₹*,**,***.
This loss occurred purely because TripFactory failed to provide proper information and processed the visa in a misleading manner without informing us of the consequences.
Therefore, I request the concerned authority to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against TripFactory. I also request compensation for the financial loss and mental harassment caused to my family due to the company’s negligence and misrepresentation.
